I-95 Ramp Reopens After Tractor-Trailer Overturns

An overturned tractor-trailer briefly closed the ramp from Route 3 to I-95 Wednesday morning, Aug. 2 in Fredericksburg.

The incident happened around 9:40 a.m., bringing the northbound side of the highway down to one lane.

Lanes had reopened as of 10 a.m.
